April's Astro Energy + A Challenge for You

Welcome to April!

This month splits energy between Aries and Taurus, meaning we get the fiery motivation of Aries at the beginning and towards the end we step into the nurturing self-assuredness of Taurus. It’s my favorite time of year.

This year, the energy is a little nuts though. It doesn’t feel as forward-focused as it usually does. We’re starting Aries season with Mars squaring Mercury, which means a major disconnect between what we desire, what we communicate, and what we actually do.

To put it simply, we are all desperately needing guidance and leadership… but nobody is truly fit to lead others right now.

The universe is shifting our energy inwards, and with that inward shift comes A LOT of triggers. You may be feeling more impatient than usual. You may be experiencing painful memory surges that throw your emotions for a loop. You may be feeling like the people around you are just not “getting it.” As much as it sucks, just know that it will pass and the only thing you can do right now is take care of your own energy.

So, I’m starting a 30-Day Self-Care Challenge and I want you in on it with me.

Here’s the deal: For the next 30 days, I’m challenging you to do one self-care practice EVERY.SINGLE.DAY. The goal is to cross off every single item on this list by April 30th.
